Without looking at an engine, which side is better?

The position: r3kbnQ/pppq3p/2n1b1p1/8/4P3/2Pp2N1/PP1P1PPP/R1B1KB1R w KQq - 1 11

Move order: 1. Nc3 d5 2. e4 d4 3. Nce2 e5 4. Ng3 Be6 5. Nf3 f6 6. c3 d3 7. Nxe5 fxe5 8. Qh5+ g6 9. Qxe5 Qd7 10. Qxh8 Nc6

Summary: White has sacced a knight on e5 for an attack against the black king. Black nonchalantly plays 8... g6, saccing back a rook.

Some considerations:
White has won an exchange and two pawns
Black has cornered white's queen on h8. Black also seems more developed.

So the question is: without looking at the engine, which side would you rather have?
Blacks considerably better. Whites pieces are garbage. A computer might be able to defend white but blacks the one with all the threats. The white queen is close to trapped.
Seems unclear. I’d take either color. Seems both sides made mistakes thou. Depends on rating of the players also, most people wouldn’t even meet the threat of Bd6 threatening to trap the queen, white would have to find b4-b5 and I doubt people under 2200 would even think of that, White probably would panic and resign because queen is trapped LOL

I didn't look at the board, let alone an engine, but I would also prefer Black.
I would take black here. White's, queen, while not under attack, is basically trapped on h8. With correct play, white may be able to move the queen back out, but not without losing material probably.
I would think which one to take depends on how much on the clock. White has only one move stay in game. In five min game finding the only is not feasible. In 90/30 this early phase of the game I thing coming up the idea of limitting the bishop is not totally impossible for me and for player like @Craze I am sure they would find the move in rather short time definately in 3 minutes a time one has an average at disposal. So in Blitz black pretty much won and chess proper B seems better but lots play left. The pawn in the middle seems to paralyze the white quite badly

and
I'd like to see what these new neural network thingies like AlphaZero think of a position like this... My guess is they'd give a huge advantage to black, and that would be my own assessment as well.
White has no constructive moves and can basically just watch black building up an irresistible attack...
For my buddy @Dr_King_Schultz I am more than happy to ignore the thread title and look at this position with an engine ;) I let Leela loose for 5 minutes and then clicked around with some variations and it seemed to like black alot, it even thinks it's winning! The only way for white not to lose the queen is b4 0-0-0 b5 Na5, after which Leela thinks the only thing not completely rubbish for white is Ne2?!, because if Qe5, Nc4 followed by Bc5 is devastating, and if Qd4, then Qxb5 Qxa7 b6!! and the white queen is trapped at the other side of the board ;)

After Ne2 (evaluation of about -3), black just builds up pressure via Qxb5 and Bc4 in varying order depending on the white answer and will sooner or later take on e2 (the white knight can never move away because of threats to the king), which leaves black with two pieces and a pawn against a rook, which I think also most humans see as definitely winning.
