[Feature] Get back points from losses versus Cheaters

I've lost probably ~150 points over the course of my time here due to cheaters who play with engine assistance. I've reported dozens of them, and they all get banned. Is it possible to get back the ELO lost from cheaters?

The calculation should be simple-- just give back points equal to the amount lost to everyone who played against the cheater, and then in the game history have some way to identify that the game was played with a cheater.

Looking forward to the answer to this one! My thinking is the calculation may be simple to award points but entirely the opposite is true for deducting them. The problem being - that person didn't just play you and cheat. Your score was affected, then somebody else played you etc etc....Somebody will have asked the question before......
Who can guarantee you would have won if the opponent didnt cheat? Come on... After some games its statistically expected that you will regain the points.
They have completely recalculated ratings based on who has been flagged a cheater at least once since I started playing here. It doesn't seem to be on a fixed schedule but it is at least something they are aware of and capable of.
@Phyisis Did they do that? Really? I didn't want to mention it, but I think another problem of the thread propousal is the need to recalculate the ratings of the games played after the cheating episode. I thought this would be unthinkable.
I've unfortunately lost 136 blitz rating points in the --last hour-- due to 3 different cheats.

If I play 5-minute tournaments it can take me dozens of games to regain the rating points for a single loss, and unfortunately I'm feeling a bit discouraged from playing further 5-minute tournaments due to this issue.

It's a frustrating issue for many others, I'm sure.

What's great is that we have the tools at our disposal to identify them quickly - and they do get spotted and flagged very quickly.

What's not so great is the permanent loss of rating points.

I doubt the calculation to restore points perfectly would be simple, but some simple calculation to make things better than no calculation might be feasible.

Any step in this direction would be great.
