How to overcome fear ??

hi everyone, there is a big problem with me like whenever I play i think that if i lose then what will i do and cant play correctly. And if i lose then i will cry the whole day . So pls help me to overcome fear by giving me tips and advices

Losing is a part of chess. Against an even opponent you lose as often as you win. That's perfectly okay.
Fear is a feeling, it won't run away in minutes, you need to permanently remove the fear factor.

Be afraid of losing isn't a big issue. Being Over-afraid is a problem.
Hey losing a chess game shouldn't put you out of commision for the whole day. Perhaps working backwards and looking into yourself to figure out why these simple, relatively unimportant losses have such a toll on your emotions will help reduce your fear.
Someone, who doesn't lose, doesn't get better. Don't think about the result of a game, just play and analysis your games.
Play without caring for a rating.Your rating shall soon follow...
Fear- It is a thing that even if nobody admits, they had in the past or in the present, of failure.

You should try to overcome it. Try to play more and analyze your games to win.
