three-check draw due to insufficient material should be removed

Lichess automatically calls a game a draw when there is insufficient material to checkmate in a three-check game. However, unlike in normal chess, a knight and a king will win against a king as the person with the knight simply has to check the opponents king three times with the knight something which I think should be possible to force through use of opposition and placement of the knight and king to place the opponent in zugzwang.
