I dont know what is happening to me

Hi, I write here to ask for suggestions or ideas...
I don't know what is happening to me lately, I've been losing too much chess games against not so strong players..
If you look at my game history from the beginning, I've played opponents with ratings above 2000, and defeated them.

Lately I've been losing too many games against 1700 - 1900 rating opponents.

This is happening since i started to play too many bullet games (1 min) in an app in my phone, do you think this has something to do with my strength of play lately?

It's really frustrating to see than instead of improving at chess, I'm playing worst hahaha...

Anyway, thanks for reading. I will keep an eye on tips..

Sincerely.
Zaak.
No bullet chess if you want to get better. You can play a couple games a week but no more than that. Classical chess is where you will have improvement. Also classical will help your bullet.
Playing bullets will weaken you. Also doing loads of tactics may temporary decrease your level of play (it will stabilise though). Don't worry too much and keep playing- focus on solid strategy to beat people on this level.
One minute games are not real chess. I use 10+5. It's been working for me.
Yes, bullet is affecting your slow games, but I think the bigger reason is rating deflation, I noticed big gap in strength between same ratings.
