How 'tenacious' are you

Yesterday I won a game that I feel I shouldn't have won.

About move 26 my opponent had me under real pressure. I was tempted to resign but decided instead to be 'tenacious' and fight on.

On move 35 my opponent blundered and my tenacity was rewarded.

Here's the game.

I was playing black

I would love to see your most tenacious games. Please post on this thread. :-)

Wow that is a great comeback. He also missed relatively easy checkmates a few times.

I played a game that I originally had no hope of winning, then felt I shouldn't have won, then felt that I should have won, but the ending is quite remarkable. Both players showed good tenacity in this game.

It was a fast game (3+2) so we both made silly errors. At the end I had more time than my opponent though so I really let myself down at the end!

Also as this was against a GM it would have been easy to give up, but it just goes to show everyone makes mistakes and there is always some hope.
Hi Jinjo . Is it possible to paste the board graphic of your game on to your post ?
oops sorry. I can see the board now. I will have a look at your game
Yeah, move 39 I would have pushed the c pawn. Checking the king wasn't very useful. But in a 3+2 game its to see all the possibilities.

Thanks for posting
I think you used your king really well as an active piece. His rook blunder was shocking. But you shepherded your pawns in beautifully.

Two rooks against a tenacious bishop have no chance. Ha ha, well played
Tough game. Move 4 bishop takes ( c 6) is a move I use regularly.

Its reassuring to see strong players like your self using it..

Thanks for posting.
