Can't play online anymore using android app

Both of my kids share a android tablet for playing online chess using the app.

Some days ago there was an update and after applying it, my older kid tried to play some games.

But when the game started and it made its move the time for the opponent counted down to zero and nothing happened. As I saw in the menu the app lost connection to the server.
It tried another game but the same thing happened.

When we now try to find a game on either account we can wait for minutes and still don't find any.
Is there a ban on the tablet or on their accounts?
Or is it just a bug in the app? Chess puzzles seem to work normally.

Edit: and i dont remember having a disconn during the last months. Also, i could access other websites while lichess was not accessible.

@o_megalos My wifi is perfectly fine, sitting right next to it, having no disconnection.

But I wonder why they can't find any game now (10+0 @ 850) - we waited 3 minutes.
Before the update we found games after max. 30 seconds.

maybe there are not many players at your elo range

I have the same problem, if I connect through the browser, everything is fine (same wifi). If I disconnect from my main account, everything is fine with the app. I can't even play in tournaments (in which finding a match is always guaranteed)

I have the same problem; I can start a game but get somehow logged off (the bubble next to my name and my opponent's are grey) and the server cancels the game after 25sec. In addition, I can't see my online friends (as if there were nobody online) but can see two of them right now while typing this on an android with Firefox

Where we can report these kind of bugs? There is a bug tracker?

i often find the app wrongly thinks there's no internet. really, there is. check again. if they're not going to fix the auto-detect then just provide a check button - it'll save us having to swipe the app right and reload it.
