My assumption would be that around 14. Bxc3 black concluded that white is cheating, he started making pointless moves anticipating a pompous disclosure afterwards. I caught myself a couple times in my life when I had a feeling that my opponent was using a program, and my arms were itching to finish the game to see if it's true.
To be honest though I can't see where his evaluations come from, white play seems very human and certainly doesn't feel perfect. I played a few times against houdini and it's nothing similar to what black experienced here!
