I've recently won $100, what's my best use of that money in chess?

And I bought an SLR with one of my tourney prizes. Used it a lot too--back when there still was film!

Pick someone you don't find boring. That's probably more important than finding the "best" teacher. I had a lot of fun watching Ben Finegold's videos. Even though I've been an adult for a while, I learned the most from the ones where he taught children who know the rules, but not much else.
