No description of the account artem-us

Several days ago disappeared the information (Name and description) about the player in the account of my son - "artem-us". When I open his account there is no information about him.

But when he opens his own account on another computer, he can see his full profile description.

What can we do to solve this problem?

Hi sir, your son or you might have turned on the kid mode. You can check it by the lichess logo gets a :) symbol. I recommend you to keep the kid mode on as to protect your kid from other internet users. If you till want your kid's bio-data to be their you can turn off the kid mode by lichess.org/account/kid. But i strongly recommend you to keep the kid mode on itself. Thank you :)

Thanks for your reply. The kid mode is turned off. But the information is not shown. It suddenly disappeared several days ago. It looks like a bug.

No. He is not banned anywhere. But the information is not shown till now.

Check lichess.org/appeal.

The ban is shadowy. It still appears like you're sending messages in forums and chats, but nobody sees them.

Profile text disappearing is a sign of chatban as well.
