How big can the points difference be to still get points?

Just beat someone with 1000 points below me and didn't get a single point
Probably fractures of a point so you just see a rounded value which doesn’t change?
You always get rating... Just sometimes you get less than one full rating; Like +0.7 rating.
Example: If your rating was 1700.22, then you wouldn't complete the point with .7, and you would see: +-0.
But if your rating were 1700.30, then it would complete the rating point,, and it would show as: +1 rating...

Needless to say, your rating deviation coefficient is crucial. If you are new or restart old ratings you can get multiple times as much compared to established ratings
