Adding to your serious note...

He is young, so he learns quicker than someone much older, like me. Also, at one point he was spending up to 12 hours a day on chess. I'm sure most of it was with a coach or on focused work provided by the coach. That adds up to many quality hours very quickly. Now compare that to us, playing bad blitz and watching Gotham. Nothing against Gotham, but I'm sure even he will agree that you don't become a GM by watching his videos, hence him having his own coach.
