Could you make a preference option to disable + 15 seconds?

I hate it when players press the + 15 seconds button on me, so I would like to have a button in my profile preferences that if a player presses + 15 seconds on me, the time is not added. Is it possible for you to add this option?

How could you hate that?

#2, I would guess that in situations where you're losing, and your opponent gives you an extra minute, it's annoying.

Exactly, Chess_Agent, it is very annoying when you are losing, and your opponent gives you extra time.

So an option to disable this would be great.

If you don´t want additional time from your opponent you always can give back the same amount of time.

Stonecollector, if you are very low on time and losing, you dont want your opponent to press the + seconds button on you. I think everybody can agree on that.

If you are losing, you can also just resign to avoid the humiliation :)

You can resign to avoid the humiliation, but sometimes you want to try to defend.... and then the whole game is destroyed by the + seconds...

The reasons of Lat5 lookj well founded (although i do not see how on Lat 5 he could be in Norway). On hte other hand, that may create a problem as a user who just thinks he would be generous, must be shown that his opponent choose to set thsi sort of preference. elsehe would be irritated and possibly annoyed. So maybe it is not worth the effort. Perhaps the admin could look up the database, how often this really happens and let us know.

I guess it should be fairly easy to implement. I would not suggest it if I thought it required a lot of work.
