the problem is your device either has to much stuff open or is busy with other stuff so takes longer for lichess to load

and type
Ping lichess.org -n 100
then post your stats here
mine are min 167ms max 167ms and 0 packet loss meaning
my connection is rock solid and lichess server is fine
but it also means it takes 167ms for the info to get to me (info such as moves)
