Nobody supports police brutality or the wrongful death of an innocent person...however the claims of BLM don't hold up to basic scrutiny. It's all based on misinformation and lies. The idea that you have to either bend the knee and support a false narrative, or you're considered a racist is a very disturbing phenomenon. You'd think people running a chess website would have more sense.

@davemanc - i just want to modestly add that there alredy is such an option in lichess - "From position" you can put the pieces as you like and choose if there is castling and which pieces start first lichess.org/editor and play with a friend altough its just not standard game - yet cannot create a tournament out of it.

In the 17th 18th century players were just deciding who starts the game (not who plays the white pieces).

There has been over the board game with Caruana and Carlsen that presented the idea and black pieces started the game (with black king on e8 of course).

Check the crime-statistics of the USA .. to figure who are the offenders and who are the victims.
Special-hint for you: Blacks are NOT the victims.

All eternal professional victims are disgusting pieces of shit - generally. There are some groups.. (i.e. also feminism). And people supporting them.. are kind of .. retarded according to me.

People always have a deep urge to reduce incredibly complex problems down to simple solutions, mostly because their brains cannot cope with irreducible complexity. Usually this takes the form of slogans, and 'Black Lives Matter' is a prime example. It makes them feel better, like they are 'doing something', even though they have probably have done absolutely nothing. Rarely, if ever, does it ACTUALLY do anything other than make them feel better. But it feels good and a person or persons can settle down in a smug little self-congratulatory feedback loop, reassuring themselves that they are a good person.

Can someone please explain how visiting injustice on innocent people (rioting, destroying property and businesses, for example) will help stop injustice against innocent people? Is it OK for me, if I feel aggrieved, to come around to your place and torch it in the name of justice?

It's nauseating beyond belief to have to listen to this sort of reductionist drivel.
