@UN I mostly play unrated games because I don't really care about rating. I assure you It would be a bit higher if I only played rated games, and never played low rated players.
As for playing lower rated players, so what if I do? For one it's not every game. I pretty much just look at the time controls, and not the rating before I play a game with anyone. Also why do you concern yourself with who other players play against?
Not even going to brag about a list of titled players I may or may not have beaten on other accounts. Because I don't care to do so.
I don't fear messing up rating points, I wouldn't care if I sandbagged my rating down to 800 it would be funny to murder people's rating points on my way back up. So many people would be griping if I did that though...
The difference between you, and I is I play chess for fun. You play chess for rating points. I play casually for my own amusement. You play all seriously. The difference between you, and I is that I am like a person reading a book for leisure, where as you are like the student who is reading to do a book report on a subject they hate hoping to get that A or B so they can take home that grade and hang it on the fridge.
The main point I'm trying to make here is when I half ass it, and play just for shits and giggles my amusement... I still am significantly stronger than you when you are giving it your all, and getting oh so butt hurt in every single forum thread you post in... That doesn't matter though, I just play for fun.
@TheKillerSacrifice Agreed, it could be a lot better than it is, but like I said above... Don't care about rating. Rating means nothing, only good moves matter.
