Lies from Lichess.

It's unfortunate you're experiencing these connection issues, and Lichess thinking you're doing it on purpose. The automated system is doing its best to catch ragequitters and people who stall the queue by cherry-pick opponents/colors, so that people don't have to wait unnecessarily when playing people who repeatedly do this, but sometimes this automated system makes mistakes as well. I believe indeed you had no intention to lose those games on time on purpose, or to abort those games.

Just note that if this is indeed your first playban (after almost 85000 games!) then it's unlikely to occur again soon when your connection goes back to normal. I do hope this setback does not make you leave Lichess - active players like you are what makes the community great :)
#18 I don't know why you don't get the point dude.
It's not about what I can or cannot do, it's about what I want or don't want to do.
When I want to *play chess* I start a game of *chess*. When I want to do *something else* I do *something else*.
When a game starts I expect my opponent to focus on the board and play chess and resign when he's lost. When he leaves for connection loss, anger issues or whatever reason I don't see why I'm *forced* to stay there and wait until he runs out of time.

In case you don't know, lichess gives the player that didn't leave three options: claim the victory, call it a draw and wait for the opponent to return to the game. If I want to wait, I will wait. If I don't want to wait I will not.
#7 Me speaking Italian as first language has no relevance at all in the matter. Not surprised though, that you're using that to strengthen, in your mind, your position, considering that your whole first post made no sense at all (nonsense).

Besides, the fact that you're attacking me about my language, saying how English is more used than Italian etc, right after writing a post in English full of grammar mistakes, is quite hilarious.
> They kickout people who are not rich

As a member of the secret Lichess Millionaires cabal, I can confirm that is true. I'm not ashamed to say I can afford Ferraris, private jets, yachts and a stable internet connection.
Popular lie on Lichess: "don't mind being denied a cheater refund / losing rating points from a disconnect / server restart, play some games and it will balance out." Well with that attitude, they could also deliberately remove you 10 rating points every month and say "just play, you'll get them back".
Disrespectful or not:
I'm almost always playing to the mate in very fast time controls in lost positions but I do it quickly without thinking a lot.

I usually don't play over Wifi at home. I use a stable LAN connection.

Sometimes I abort games if I accidentaly clicked on a previously played game in the browser history and a new game is started but that doesn't happen very often.

Never got timed out or banned so far AFAIK.
I think you're confused fella. This is not a pay site like chess.com. It's free and the site can do anything the owner(s) want. Stop being a big baby. smh
Summary '' My wifi doesnt let me play and i need 5 minutes to solve it in a 3+0 game.''
Play 45+30 then. Problem solved.
