That's probably not true, humans are a long way from solving chess. Plus, if it is true that you will be mated by force from move 1, the what happens when Alphazero plays against itself? Probably exaggerated.

Maybe it's a reason to keep chess going, chess won't be fun when a one will be mated from the very first move.
